Whether you're new to The Body Lab, or you've been coming since 2020, I wanted to send along a little refresher on all of the ways to get your Pilates fix! Our classes are created to challenge, strengthen, and tone you, each in their own unique way. Keep reading to see which class speaks to how you're feeling, and we encourage you to try all 5 to find your groove!

REFORMER FLOW
 
This class allows students to familiarize themselves with the equipment and Pilates terminology. An open level class focused on developing proficiency in the mechanics of Pilates and learning to move efficiently and safely.
REFORMER FLOW 2
 
A moderate paced, open level class focused on developing proficiency in the mechanics of Pilates. Challenge your balance and coordination while elevating your Pilates practice.
ATHLETIC REFORMER
 
A fast-paced workout focused on total body burn, ideal for Pilates lovers that enjoy working hard and getting their heart rate up. Leave feeling stronger, stretched, lengthened and toned.
REFORMER TONE - NEW!
 
Our most advanced, strength- based, low impact class. This workout utilizes slow and controlled movements designed to tone each muscle group. We will end with 5 minutes of cool down stretching to reward yourself after this sweat sesh.
TOWER & PROPS
 
Through a system of springs and bars, the tower class will ensure proper stabilization and positioning, while providing added resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening muscles.
