Scott Merrow, Interim Executive Director for Crossways, completed his six month term on June 30, 2023. During that time, he facilitated a board retreat on Strategic Planning and guided the process. He was also instrumental in hiring two interim camp directors. Thank you for your leadership, Scott, and blessings in your future!
 

While the Crossways Board of Directors are considering the vision and leadership needs for the future, the Executive Committee and all of the Board members are hard at work in this ministry.  We believe God is moving through these preparations to invite the three sites of Crossways into this newest chapter of shared ministry.
