Good afternoon - Lynn here.

Popping in to say hi, wish you a happy and safe 4th of July, and share this week's energy đź’« tip for your week ahead:

As we celebrate Independence Day on Tuesday, I’d like to share my thoughts on freedom.

Freedom isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept.

It's a personal journey that we must navigate independently.

Being independent lets us live on our terms—free to express ourselves and choose what's best for our well-being.

It's a precious gift worth safeguarding, despite the allure of safety and comfort that sometimes outweighs our desire for freedom.

Giving away our authority can be a slippery slope, but rest assured, there is always a way to regain it.

It’s a matter of finding balance and trust within.

When we have trust in our instincts and capabilities, we naturally attract the right people and situations into our lives.  When we stay true to ourselves, we also reflect a sense of energetic harmony with the world around us.

We all have the freedom to be independent and authentic individuals.

Independence means loving others unconditionally without trying to change or ”fix“ them. Instead, we should accept and respect them for their true selves and the beliefs they hold.

Life offers many paths, not just the ones we take. Viewing others as inferior brings negativity into our lives and undermines our authenticity. It's helpful to avoid thinking negatively or seeing others as less than or unworthy.

Energy tip for this week:

Let's celebrate our freedom by embracing love for one another just as we are.

We all have our unique strengths and abilities, and it's important to recognize our own mastery.

Let's ask ourselves, “How best can I love who I am and everyone around me?

Here are a few inspiring and timeless quotes from brilliant minds of the past.

Don’t let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice.
-Steve Jobs

Life without liberty is like a body without spirit.
-Kahlil Gibran

For everything that is really great and inspiring is created by the individual who can labor in freedom.
-Albert Einstein

For to be free is not merely to cast off one’s chains, but to live in a way that respects and enhances the freedom of others.
-Nelson Mandela

We must be free not because we claim freedom, but because we practice it.
-William Faulkner

The only real prison is fear, and the only real freedom is freedom from fear.
-Aung San Suu Kyi

No one outside ourselves can rule us inwardly. When we know this, we become free
-Buddha

Tame birds sing of freedom. Wild birds fly.
-John Lennon

….. until next time many many sweet blessings.

Love + Wellness to you!!
