A WILD PERSPECTIVE #37
August 2023

TAKING A BREATHER
Hi First name / everyone, I hope this newsletter finds you well!? I have just returned from taking a breather (trying to at least) in the Western Cape of South Africa. After a crazy month making the 2022 South African Photographer of the Year awards ceremony a reality, it is time to take a moment to reflect and get ready for an exciting few months ahead! That being said I wanted to at least send out a small update for August, I hope you enjoy #37!

WINTER IN CHOBE
A FEW HIGHLIGHTS
As winter kicks in on the Chobe river, not only wildlife behaviour changes, but also the quality of the light! While sometime the fires burning on the Namibian side of the the river can create a haze, the beauty of winter sunrises and sunsets is something so special. This is my favourite season for incredible tones in the sky. While most of the images in this section are black and white, I hope to share more winter style shots as the season progresses! I hope you enjoy a few recent highlights!
