Jessica and Connor Triest are newley weds originally from Colorado. They recently moved here July 2022 and are expecting a baby in July of 2023. 

 

Jessica is a current S7 for her instructor, and is thrilled to be able to call something so special her own. Jessica received her Bachelors of Fine Art in Dance with a focus on Pedagogy and Choreography. She then continued to dance professionally following her graduation in 2020. She has 9 years of teaching experience in multiple styles and considers teaching her passion. She has always dreamed of owning a dance studio and to cultivate a space where dancers can strive for excellence and pursue a similar passion in dance. 

 

Connor graduated with a MS in Energy Economics from Colorado School of Mines. He is Jessica's biggest fan and will be working on the back end ensuring that Jessica will be able to pour everything she can into S7fh staff and families.

 

Together they both desire to make S7fh a space set apart from any other dance studio that provides a complete but simplified dance experience to its students.

The petite co. is our technique & performance based program for dancers ages 5-12 who are interested in taking the next steps in their dance journey. Dancers can expect to strengthen their ballet, jazz, & contemporary technique, learn the importance of being a teammate, and have the opportunity to perform on multiple stages (WITH COSTUMES!) throughout the season!
