it's time for a reintroduction.
 
I'm Lynn Curry, creator and host of 365 Mindful Days, a peer-based learning community specially designed to support Trio students in well-being. 
 
Dear First name / friend, you are receiving this email because your Trio director believes in you. So much so, they want to support you in every way possible - including the very personal aspect of discovering how to take care. 
 
They want to help you create a foundation of well-being for yourself so you can truly thrive.
 
Without your health and well-being, doing well in school, pursuing your goals and dreams, becomes really hard. Our 365 community is a safe space for you to explore what it means to be well, ask questions, share your experiences and get the support you need to do your best.
 
It's a daily process, which is why we are here to provide inspiration, along with a healthy dose of structure and accountability for you to share in this process with fellow Trio students also learning how to make mindful choices to support themselves.

mondays
We share our priority actions and non-negotiables for the week.
wednesdays
We do a mid-week check-in to see how we're doing and make any shifts necessary to keep ourselves on track.
fridays
We express gratitude by sharing our wins - big and small - and being grateful for the process of growing and discovering.
