Sunny from Pura Vida Healing Arts is leading a Sound Bath at True40! Sound has the power to touch our hearts, shape our minds, and heal what is out of harmony in the body. Some of the many benefits of a sound bath include, cellular detoxification, full body relaxation, improved mood, blood pressure regulation, pain reduction, better sleep and amplified sense of well being. This offering is welcome to everyone and requires no prior experience.
