Details you'll want to know:
By signing up for our $99 sessions your agree as follows:
- Session retainer must be paid to reserve your session time within 12 hours of request.
- 5 professionally retouched proofs will be provided online. Images for proofing are selected by us.
- If you cancel your session it cannot be rescheduled to another date - this is for July 31 only.
- Final images will be in color jpeg format and high-resolution. (2-3mb file)
- Additional images may be purchased at our regular rate of $100.
- Arrive photography ready. No outfit changes. Makeup / hair done.
- No backdrop changes.
- Arrive 5 minutes before your session time.
- We cannot accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time.
- No teams - sessions are for one person only.
- We are not responsible for wardrobe, styling, makeup or other choices that you may later regret.
- You must be 18+ to book a session.
- Do not bring anyone under the age of 18 to the studio.
- No pets.
- We love elevating our Clients and you may be featured on our Instagram
- Session retainer is not refundable, including if you are late, forget, don't feel like having your photo taken.
- If you do not select an image, there is no refund - the work is done, images have been retouched and proofs provided online.
- Personal or immediate business use of the image selected only. You may not sell, re-license, enter into contests, otherwise publish (eg. author photo or promotion for a 3rd party). Copyright is retained, protected and will be defended by Sue Bruce Photography LLC.
- You may re-crop the image you select.
- You may not (or give another person, entity or company permission) to re-edit, cut out from the background, apply filters or otherwise re-color (except for creating a black & white version) or alter the look & feel of the final image. This negatively affects the reputation and expertise of Sue Bruce Photography LLC and the associated style that is attributed to, and known, as the Artist's style. Copyright is retained, protected and will be defended by Sue Bruce Photography LLC. For each incidence, an invoice for the full session fee, digital image fee and administrative fee will be sent.
