Silly question, we know! Who doesn't need more energy?
 
Getting good, quality sleep (at the top of the list), isn't always easy. Popping a pill to help your body relax after using caffeine to pep it up in the morning is NOT the best way!
 
You do need to be careful because over the counter sleep aids are addicting. They can literally lead your body to “forget” how to fall asleep.
