Things are heating up this week…in more ways than one.

 

We're officially in summer now that it's July and the temperatures in Colorado are definitely starting to show it…but for the first time in years, we're not officially in a drought and the weather is still cooler than in summers past. That's okay by me since hotter temps and dry weather have led to some wild fires in our history.

 

It's the end of Sunday as I'm writing this and while Dan and Xan went camping with family, Ro, Lexi, and I headed to see the Barbie movie with my mom and sister. OMG, y'all! That movie was really cute! As a girl who played with Barbies constantly (and even up until I was 14), there was so much nostalgia. The girls enjoyed the movie too and there were plenty of spots that had all of us laughing out loud. Highly recommend it!

Soldier for the Starling has a release date! Let's hear it for September 12, 2023! There's still a lot to come between now and then including the cover and blurb reveal and ARC release. Did you know you can also preorder Sawyer and Evie's story for only $2.99?
