Not sure about your neck of the woods, but the Twinx are all back in school as of Wednesday! The girls start high school (I'm sorry, but who authorized that???) on Tuesday as an orientation day and then by Wednesday everyone is back in school and I'm back to my standard hours—during the summer I adjust my hours to get off the day job a little earlier than through the school year.

This last week, I took Dan and Xan for their school supplies and realized that for the first time since the girls started school they didn't have a list before school. Ro must have been thinking the same thing because she asked when I was taking her and her sister for supplies. It's a change—a big one. Just like the transition to high school for them.

I have an office/school supply addiction. Taking the boys, I couldn't help but pick up a notebook for myself. I may have several others I can use, but I couldn't help it.

Have you seen the movie You've Got Mail? In it, Tom Hanks' character tells Meg Ryan's character that if he knew her in real life, he'd bring her a bouquet of freshly sharpened number two pencils? I fluffing love that movie!!

I'm in edit/release mode prep for Sawyer and Evie's story, Soldier for the Starling. This book is a departure for me because it's romantic suspense—my first foray into the genre—and it's been a lot of fun.
