It has been a busy week between closings, showings, and getting kids ready to go back to school soon! We are soaking in all the summer moments we have left and I hope you are too. 

 

One of the things we are looking forward to this week as a family is going to the fair all together!

This week I was excited to hand the keys over to another set of happy homeowners! Tori and Chris new exactly what they wanted in a home and while it took us several months of searching in a low inventory market, we finally found the ONE. We beat out multiple offers and ended up negotiating almost $30K off the list price. I was thrilled to hand the keys over to them and thankful to deliver a smooth experience.
