What's your morning ritual?
The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is put some music on, take my fish oils, zinc and other vitamins along with at least half a litre of water. I make my favourite green smoothie before starting my morning skincare routine. I then grab a coffee and try and squeeze in some time to relax before I get ready to start my day!
Your go-to green smoothie, what's in it?
It's the yummiest and easiest smoothie to make! Lots of ice, a big scoop of the Beauty Chef Cleanse and Gut Primer, a handful of baby spinach, 100g frozen banana, 250mls coconut water and a scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder. Delish!
