The Writing With the Soul team has been busy planning for 2024-2025, and we can't wait to share all of the things with you. Take a little stroll below to see what the community has been up to and what's coming next!

spring drafting club

Sprinting, brainstorming, research, connection—it's all happening in Drafting Club. 
Winter session of Drafting Club is in its final week & Spring is right around the corner! The spring session will run from April 6th to June 29th.
 
Drafting Club is a low pressure, encouraging & motivating space for writers who are actively writing towards a goal. The dues for joining is $30 per season ($10 per month) to cover the administrative & logistical costs of running the club. You can join by clicking below & please be sure to use the email address linked to your alumni profile (the one you received this email at). 
 
An email with all the details for the next session will follow at a later date & last day to register is Wednesday, April 3rd.

Details will be coming soon but mark your calendars tentatively for August! Keep an eye on your inbox for a Save-the-Date. This will be a fun, weekend virtual event to get your query package ready for fall submission season & even get your pitches seen by agents!

It's hard to believe that the Alumni Mentorship Program has ended! The Story Intensive in Highlands, NC, was an incredible experience, packed with critique circles, author & industry chats as well as writer-to-writer support. We can't thank our mentors & mentees enough for their commitment to the process.

Quite a few workshop alumni have gone on to sell or self-publish their novels, which is just incredible. But launching a book is hard & scary.
