In my perfect world, I wake up, work out and meditate before doing absolutely anything else. Oh, yeah - and everyone else does, too. We do this reflexively, like brushing our teeth as a logical means of self-preservation. We’re thoughtful, we slow down and when faced with a challenge or obstacle… we respond, rather than react. Though wildly optimistic, this is not impossible. So, this is plea number 579,873,378 to start a meditation practice because if we all did it, things would be very different in very beautiful ways.
