Grab your spot!

I woke up this morning living in the future. That's right. I was totally “going through the motions” of what I need to do today. Good practice, right?

The next thing I know, I'm living in the past. Going over what I did yesterday, as well as adding “judgements” and personal commentary.

The question is: how much time do we actually spend in the present? How much time are we “living in our heads” and missing out on what is happening right now?

Can you relate?

When we live in the past and the future, it's easy to start spiraling into the “what ifs” and “I should haves" which only create anxiety, worry, self-doubt, you name it.

I'm on a mission to teach you how to live in the present moment through a daily breathing practice. Want to join me? The best part is that when you learn how to meditate (read: sit + breathe) you will naturally learn how to create more calm + focus in your life.
