Hi! I am Carly. I am the mom behind Outside of Motherhood.
I recently moved to back to Riverside in March 2022 with my husband, Luke, and two beautiful daughters, Henley and Haylen. Luke and I met at CBU over 10 years ago! Moving to a new city I knew I wanted (& needed) to create the space I have always desired. Living in Los Angeles for 6 years, I really struggled to find connection and local community. I struggled HARD with PP depression after surrogacy in 2020 and even dealt with depression throughout my pregnancy with Haylen.
I wanted to start this community to other moms to gain support, encouragement, and to know they aren't alone in this journey of motherhood.Outside of Motherhood is all about discovering WHO YOU ARE outside of your title as MOM.
You are so much more than just a mom, and you deserve to share in those goals and dreams with other women in the community.
No matter what season of motherhood your in, what your kids ages are, or if your pregnant first time mom, YOU ARE WELCOME!
