I want to speak from the heart and share something deeply personal with you, something I believe many of us have experienced.
The MIRROR – it's not the enemy.
Have you ever let it become that? I used to, just like many of you. But now, there's something on not only my mirror but also on my daughter's mirror – a little sticker that says, "This is a GOOD body."

Isn't it strange how one moment we can feel amazing in our own skin, and just ten minutes later, we feel like we're worth nothing? It's as if our world today constantly tells us that we're not enough just as we are. I bought into that narrative for far too long. Have you? Have you heard those words so many times that they've become your truth?

As a health and wellness coach, I see countless women struggling with these same feelings, just as I once did. We all want to be healthy; we want to lose weight, but we can't truly love ourselves and our bodies until the mirror reflects an image we've conjured in our heads.

Can I be real with you for a moment? Do you believe you'll ever reach a point where you can say, "THIS IS IT! I HAVE ARRIVED! THERE IS NOTHING MORE I COULD WANT?" Of course not. But what I do believe is that we can reach a place where we have a healthy mindset, where we can genuinely love the bodies we've been blessed with and take good care of them – without punishing them with diets or grueling workouts.

I'm here to help women break free from this mindset. Yes, I can assist women over 40 in losing weight and shedding fat, but it goes beyond that. Because if we solely focus on the exterior, always striving for the perfect reflection, our bodies become a never-ending project. We'll keep pushing ourselves to exhaustion.

So let's focus on loving and appreciating what our bodies have carried us through so far, without shaming them while at the same time taking care of them! If you need help with that. I am here.

Your health needs to be a top priority in your life, if not THE top priority because without it, all of your other priorities are rendered useless.

I also offer simple meal plans and weekly workout programming to take the guesswork out for you. 👏 I coach women every day who come to me as overwhelmed as you are.
