We're excited to share some updates that are not only propelling our business forward but also adding joy to our family—say hello to a new pre-order system and a new grandchild!

 

For the past five years, Jotform has been an invaluable tool for managing our pre-orders. It was the ideal choice for selling by weight, a feature that traditional online ecommerce platforms simply couldn't offer. Jotform allowed us to review each pre-order, weigh each product, confirm its availability, and issue personalized invoice which fit our needs perfectly. 

 

What initially drew us to Jotform was its flexibility, user-friendly interface, and the fact that they offered a free tier. However, thanks to your incredible support, we've outgrown Jotform's free plan. Last week, we exceeded the maximum number of submissions per month and temporarily lost access to the form. Upgrading to a more expensive plan wasn't practical for us; it was not only beyond our budget but also offered more bells and whistles than we actually needed.

 

So, I took some time to explore other options and after extensive searching and testing, found Paperform. This new platform provides the services we need at a reasonable cost, while still offering the flexibility that our we require. It took a full day and a half to reconstruct the order form on the new platform, but we're really pleased with the result and we hope you'll like it, too. 

 

Please don't hesitate to inform us if you encounter any issues or notice areas that need improvement. Although we will maintain our Jotform account to fulfill existing orders for the time being, we encourage you to transition to using our new Paperform link for future orders. 

 

In the spirit of new beginnings and growth, we're thrilled to share some personal news as well. Our family welcomed a new member on August 18th—Nora Ruth Pantalone. She's the third child for our son, Jacob, and his wife, Lauren, and our 4th grandchild.  

 

Change is the only constant, they say, and we're embracing it wholeheartedly, both in our business and our family life. We're so grateful for your continued support, which has helped us grow to the point where change became necessary.

 

As we transition from Jotform to Paperform for future orders, we kindly request your patience and feedback. Your experience matters to us, and we're committed to making this transition as seamless as possible.
