These leaders have led you to believe that they have ethical standards and professional integrity. Why else would they make statements like these below in their website bios? If the intent is to convey that you can trust and rely on them to do the honourable thing, why have they not taken responsibility for their role in the #GreenbeltScandal? Why are they behaving as though they are not accountable to you?
