INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
1 tablespoon raw cashew butter
1 cup frozen mangoes
¾ cup chopped ripe banana (not frozen)
Heaping ½ cup bagged frozen kale
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
DIRECTIONS
To a high speed blender, add the water, raw cashew butter, frozen mango chunks, chopped banana, frozen kale, and lime juice. Blend on high speed until super smooth. I let it run for a good minute in my Vitamix. Taste and adjust the flavors.
