Is there a BEST time for self-care?
While our first response to this question is “any time you will do it” because it’s definitely BEST to work with your natural rhythms, we do have to say there really is a BEST time - in the morning.
Here’s why: When you do something for yourself in the morning that makes you feel good, it sets you up for MORE healthy habits the rest of the day, right?
