SEPTEMBER ROUNDUP
SUICIDE AWARENESS & PREVENTION IN AG
FREE COUNSELLING SESSIONS RETURN
Upcoming events
Suicide it is not something that comes up in conversation every day. It’s a topic that most people skirt around, not quite knowing what to say or how to talk about it. But people are listening. Many people have been touched by suicide, and a handful of them are taking steps to improve mental health across the board.

Read our latest article highlighting upcoming research findings from Dr. Rebecca Purc-Stephenson and Jude Keehn.

FREE COUNSELLING SESSIONS ARE BACK!
In exciting news, we've secured the funding to resume offering free sessions! When you or your family needs support, our network of agriculturally-informed therapists and counsellors are ready to work with you. Your first two sessions with a member of our Therapist Network are fully covered by AgKnow.

1️⃣ Choose A Therapist
The members in our referral network have experience with farmers and the agriculture industry in Alberta. We know context is important so you can spend less time getting them up to speed and more time getting to the root of the issue.

2️⃣ Schedule a Call
You have direct access to everyone in our referral network, so once you find a therapist you resonate with, fill out their form and book your first session.

3️⃣ Talk About It
Whether in person, virtual or through a telephone session now is the chance for you or your family to talk about how you are really doing. Remember - we were never meant to do this alone.

THANK YOU LAYTON PHOTOGRAPHY
Over the past few months, we hope you took note of the stunning images captured by Layton Photography. Dale has been amazing to work with, and we are so thankful for the galleries of rich, authentic images we now have that capture the spirit of Alberta farmers so well.
