If you're here, then that must mean you deal with headaches….I'M SO SORRY. They are the worst. As I'm typing this I'm just thinking of you and how much I want to take those headaches away instantly. I pray this guide brings you some joy, and saves you months or years of more turmoil. I used to get headaches every single day. I could count on them right abut the same time each day....and I was a teacher. Those things did not mix well. After a couple years of that, I was done and ready for some healing. This guide is here to save you some time and share what I would do if I was just getting started.
