Last week (actually it was 2 weeks ago - oops! We have been busy…) we shared that while whenever you will do it is the BEST time for self-care, morning is the NEXT BEST time.
 
Here's the thing, when you do something for yourself right away in the morning, you set yourself up for more goodness all day long.
 
When you are feeling better, it's easier to make better choices for yourself later in the day, right?
 
This week's podcast shares 5 quickies you can do right away in the morning - and they can be as little as under 5 minutes!
 
We don't want you to wonder…so here they are. :-) AND then listen to the podcast for MORE tips for each!
  1. Water: Drink first thing in the morning! (BUT there is something you want to do first! Podcast shares all!)
  2. Sunlight: Exposing yourself to sunlight helps reset your circadian rhythm.
  3. Movement: Whether it's a simple stretch or a full workout, moving in the morning gets your day started!
  4. Aromas: Get the diffuser going! You can choose essential oils that will uplift moods, give you energy, focus, etc. AND you can get the oils into your whole family with one simple action.
  5. Supplements: At a minimum, a quality multi-vitamin makes a huge difference long-term.
