| | We continued in our series in Genesis chapter 2. Chapter 1 is all about God. Chapter 2 is about humanity relating to God. We see God providing everything that humanity needs: a home, abundance of food, purpose, relationships, freedom, prohibitions, and meaning. In Genesis 2, we see what God intended for humanity, and it was perfectly designed. But as we will see, sin corrupts everything it touches. Knowing what was originally intended for humanity gives us an insight into God's purpose for us, but it also shows us what Jesus has come to restore. The death and resurrection of Jesus Christ is for our forgiveness and salvation, but also serves to reverse the curse sin has brought and to give us life and life abundantly. And we see a picture of this life God had provided in Genesis chapter 2.    If you missed yesterday's service, you can find the online video HERE and the onsite audio HERE .   If you attend the Siegen location, we are having a Chapel Siegen Family Lunch after church on October 8th. You can find details and sign up HERE to join us! |

| | Sunday, October 22 | 4-6PM Siegen Location   One of the most fun ways each year that we live out our Chapel mission with families is Fall Fest! If you've never been, Fall Fest is a family-friendly afternoon with games, hot dogs, inflatable slides, and trunk or treat. Kids dress up in non-scary costumes, and we have a ton of fun together. We see hundreds of new faces and have the opportunity to invite and interact with new families and then invite them back to worship here at The Chapel.    How can you be involved?
Attend & Invite! Fall Fest is the perfect opportunity to invite your neighbors, friends, a family on your kid's soccer team, or a coworker to join you at Fall Fest. Printed cards are available at both locations or grab a digital copy HERE . Serve! Sign up to serve with set up or clean up before or after the event, or sign up to serve a one-hour shift during the event. We're looking for people to greet in the parking lot, greet at the gate, oversee the inflatables and games, and serve hot dogs and water. With a one hour shift, you can serve one hour, interacting with our Chapel families and guests, and participate in all the fun for one hour. If you're a high school student, college student, or adult of any age, serving is a great way to live out our Chapel mission! |
