Sharing gratitude and BRIGHT SPOTS on Fridays has been a weekly practice at 365 from the start. What better way to support one another than to celebrate our wins - big and small!
Generating feelings of gratitude (KEY HABIT #3) keeps you in a positive headspace even when things are tough. Take a moment at the end of your week to reflect upon everything you accomplished, things that made you smile, a hurdle you overcame that makes you proud. Sharing this practice spreads JOY and invites us to be mindful of all the tiny moments in between.
Practicing gratitude reminds you: you are making progress toward your goals.

- Maybe you finished a big paper (!!)
- Maybe you made a new friend
