We recognize that a new build or a reno can be a daunting proposition for most people. We are here to assure you that we will try and make the process as seamless as possible. We have come to find out that the process is much easier for everyone if we have great communication and know that we can look at obstacles together to work through a solution. That being said we have found that we become very connected to our clients and enjoy the relationship that builds as we work through the process.
Of course, each kitchen is unique and will require personalized attention but for the most part, the steps listed below can help prospective clients have a bit of a guide to understand the steps as they head into their project. .

Step 2. New or reno? Your homework to complete before the first meeting is to have answers to the following questions if possible.
- New build or renovation of an existing kitchen?
- Floor plan layout. Do you have a plan or not quite sure? Not sure about this totally? No problem. We can talk you through this and help with some decision making.
Step 3. Idea file. Have you been looking at kitchens online or in magazines and been keeping an “ideas” file? Perhaps some printouts of inspiring kitchens and details you really like? Include in this idea file your preferences for painted or natural wood, or a combination of both. Maybe the style you really like. Is it Traditional, Transitional, or Scandinavian for instance? Keep in mind small details, colour or hardware preferences that you admire in your inspiration kitchens.
