#1. Become Aware Of Your Negative Thoughts.
and by aware, I mean
BE YOUR OWN THOUGHT NINJA!
Becoming aware of the negative chatter going on in your head is going to help you tremendously! It is going to help you:
Promote Emotional Well-Being: Acknowledging and understanding negative thought patterns enables one to address underlying issues, fostering a more positive and resilient mental state.
Will Help You Make Healthier Decisions: By recognizing and challenging pessimistic or self-defeating thoughts, people can avoid making choices driven by negativity and instead opt for solutions that align with their goals and values.
and It'll Strengthen Your Personal Growth: Awareness provides the opportunity for self-reflection and the chance to replace limiting beliefs with more constructive and empowering perspectives, ultimately paving the way for continuous self-improvement and a more positive life outlook.
#2. Create A Mindset Goal For Yourself.
Creating a simple mindset goal is EASY!
All you have to do is identify a specific change you want to make in your thinking patterns or attitudes. Here's a few step by step actions you can take to do just that!
1) Be clear about your mindset goal! For example, "I want to develop a more positive outlook on challenges" or "I aim to be more self-compassionate in my self-talk."
2) Break It Down: If your goal is to be more positive, a simple step could be starting each day by identifying one thing you're grateful for.
3) Create a Simple Action Plan: Keep the plan straightforward. If your goal is to be more positive, your action plan might involve starting and ending each day with a positive affirmation.
4) BONUS TIP:Celebrate Small Wins: Acknowledge and celebrate small victories along the way. Recognizing progress, no matter how minor, reinforces positive behavior.

Rewarding yourself after accomplishing a goal is EXTREMELY important! Ever heard of the term Positive Reinforcement? Rewards serve as positive reinforcement for the behavior or effort that
led to the accomplishment of the goal. When you associate achieving a goal with a positive experience, such as a reward, your brain releases dopamine, a neurotransmitter associated with pleasure and reward.
Now what kind of reward should you give yourself?
Well, thats up to you! Just make sure its not
TOTALLY damaging to your health!
