It's Tuesday afternoon and like every week, this was set to go out Monday. But with so much happening in my life, it honestly just escaped me.
After hosting a retreat in Italy; extra solo travel; launching my new course; getting hired to teach at a new studio here; plus working to make new friends… it's okay. It's a lot. And so the newsletter can give. But then today, I remembered one of my yoga teachers saying, “Life gets busy. Sometimes you do your morning meditation at 9pm at night. That's okay. It's better than not doing it.”
And so, you are receiving this today instead of yesterday because done is better than perfect; and that's today's food for thought. No matter what you're working towards, release your grip on perfection. Especially if its a stretch for you, give yourself grace to show up imperfectly, which is far better than not showing up at all.
