Hi First name / friend,🤗
I hope you're enjoying a lovely and peaceful Sunday. As I sat down to finish this week’s newsletter, I felt the heaviness of the current global conflicts and the importance of finding peace in our lives.
I'm not sure everyone is aware that the internal struggles and tense relationships that we experience personally energetically impacts everyone’s sense of peace.

Our actions and emotions resonate outward, profoundly affecting the world.

Much like the internet, we are constantly vibrating energetically, either harmonizing or conflicting with one another.

To truly experience peace, we must start within ourselves. We must consciously embody the harmony we desire to see in others and around the globe.

If we walk through our daily lives harboring resentment, anger, and judgment, we energetically vibrate those emotions internally and externally.

How often do we find ourselves at war with ourselves or others?

Do conflicts with neighbors, friends, or coworkers often arise?

The global wars we witness also occur on a smaller scale in our homes and communities.

If we want to experience genuine peace for humanity, our families, and ourselves, we must take compassionate, impactful, and meaningful action towards one another every day.

Engaging in open and honest conversations serves as a step toward achieving peace.

Honest conversations build strong relationships.

However, it's a skill that only comes naturally to some people.

Nobody wakes up in the morning and says, "Oh, I want to be honest with my friend and tell her about her behavior and how it's hurting me."

Nobody wants to do that.

Initiating honest conversations, especially with friends, can be intimidating.

Vulnerability leaves us feeling exposed, making it tempting to suppress our feelings and avoid uneasy confrontations.

The fear of rejection often prevents us from having heartfelt, honest conversations.

Revealing our true emotions might lead to embarrassment or irreparable emotional harm. Many people prefer to avoid conflict by "sweeping things under the rug" or remaining passive, leading to bottled-up emotions.

Despite all the challenges and the things that could go wrong, open communication is vital for personal growth and well-being.

Even if it means briefly walking away from a friendship after an honest discussion, it shows we value inner peace over ongoing emotional turmoil.

Genuine connections built on truth and mutual respect have a greater chance of withstanding life’s challenges.

Embracing candid conversations and striving for forgiveness benefits our minds, hearts, and energy and contributes to a more harmonious and peaceful world.

Love + Wellness to You!
….. until next time many many sweet blessings.

XO
Lynn
