It's Sunday! Yay? These newsletters usually go out Friday or Saturday….oh snap.

I will say, it's later this week for a couple of reasons.

 

First, Lex decided yesterday was the perfect day to come down with another cold. For those of you keeping track…that's cold number two for the girl that weighed less than a pound at birth and doesn't handle cold medicine well (she's too big for kids medicine, but can't handle the adult medicine taste).

 

Second, I spent the majority of the day yesterday attempting to finish a chapter in a special project that's coming soon (keep reading for more info). I say attempting because it took me around six hours to write 1,500 words. Between up-and-down for medicine, water, food, etc. for the patient, I kept getting phone calls. Only the phone calls would come right when I hit the point where the words were starting to flow.

 

Every. Single. Time.

 

The good news is the chapter finally got finished and I'm hoping for more words today and spending a lazy Sunday taking care of Patient Zero in our house.

This felt like me yesterday. LOL
