As the weather turns crisp and chilly and the leaves show their splendid colors of warm golds, reds, and oranges, I reflect on the months that have passed this year. Fleeting moments of time blur together as rich adventures and experiences. The summer started out with relaxing moments at the South Jersey shore, then a fabulous trip to Vermont to take a wholegrain sourdough baking workshop with Sarah Owens at the Brot Bakehouse School and Kitchen, and lastly a lovely retreat to Santa Fe, TN at Bluebird Hill with a painting workshop with Haidee Jo Summers (who flew all the way across the pond from the UK). I am happily content going forward through the end of the year with those enriching moments to savor. But wait…
I do have a few events that are coming up worth mentioning…
I'll be teaching two jewelry workshops this fall at
Hattie Weselyk Studio in Kennett Square, PA.
Saturday, Nov 4th - 1pm to 4pm Keum Boo
Saturday, Dec 2nd - 1pm to 4pm Torch-fired Enamels
After a 2 year respite from the 25 Day of Minis event, I'm back! With over 70+ artists participating, this year is bound to be an eye-pleaser. If you're not familiar with 25 Days of Minis, it's worth checking out the website and register your email address so as not to miss a single announcement during the holiday season. It's the perfect way to gift and/or collect framed small works of original art for yourself, your very special friends, family, and loved ones. This year I've called my collection ‘My “World” Series’. It's an assortment of things I love, places I've been to or find interesting, and people who inspire me all with a story to share. I hope you join me on the journey through the first 25 days in December!
Visual Expansion Gallery in West Chester, PA is a new gallery representation for my work! They are located at 132 N High Street in lovely West Chester PA.
Coming in 2024

More info to come! I'd love you to join me at the opening.
The Malvern Retreat House Annual Art Show is scheduled for January 31st - February 4th, 2024. I'll be there with jewelry and paintings, so please bundle up and come see me! More info to follow…
