How to get there We recommend using public transportation or a ride share. Seekers Church will not have available parking, but there is street parking in the neighborhood nearby, and the parking lot at the Takoma Metro is free on Sundays. What to wear Mark loved to be comfortable, so wear whatever will make you feel comfortable, be it a suit or tie dye shirt, wool socks and sandals (though please include pants). What’s going to happen We’re gathering at the Church at 1:30. There will be a few speakers, followed by silence and time for anyone who feels moved to have a couple of minutes to speak. We’ll have light refreshments after. We will start cleaning up at 4:45 if you want to help, and we need to be out of the space by 5:30. |
