It feels like such a pivotal time, that when we find ourselves slipping back into old beliefs and thought patterns (that aren't true), it's being felt even more intensely.
Our bodies are telling us more intensely where we're holding on and resisting and also where it doesn't want us ingesting what we know isn't in alignment.
That can be what we physically put into our bodies, but also what we're watching and listening too.
What we watch and listen to can keep us in an addicted state of fight/flight and anxiety. It's what our nervous system knows so well.
These self-sabotaging behaviours come from a place of survival and avoidance.
A place of unworthiness to deserve better.

I'm a Taurean and I can definitely be stubborn! I've been feeling the frustration with myself where I want to let go and have been struggling to do so.
In those moments, we have to try and move into a space of compassion and greater LOVE for ourselves.
Where we feel the need to rest and be silent, to go even deeper within. Honour that, give space for that.
If we don't slow down and listen by choice, the universe (our higher self) will find a way of doing it rather more abruptly!

One thing I've really observed about myself is how inconsistent I can be when I want to commit to something.
This can be personal things like, I want to be consistent with my spiritual practices, with an exercise routine, with cutting down on sugar, or on a professional level, showing up more on social media.
Anywhere we're not consistent with meeting our own needs, can also be reflected back in a lack of consistency with what we're attracting into our lives from the outside.
