-You get a chance to play with colors and really get a feel of things before purchasing paints on your own.

FESTIVAL
It's that time of year again y'all! 
 
FALL IS HERE! Which means it's time for another big event in Winnsboro! Don't miss out on all the exciting things going on this weekend. We will have our 5C booth right outside our store with a huge collection of preserved greenery, custom homemade earrings, custom shirts, custom baby/toddler clothes, and wine tumbler with hilarious sayings. Plus don't miss out on our EVENT SALE! The Entire Store + Booth 25% OFF this weekend ONLY!

Winnsboro Art & Wine Festival
 
OUR FAVORITE EVENT IS ALMOST HERE AGAIN! This is another annual Fall event that happens here in Winnsboro! IF your new here or you live out of town, this is definitely one worth the trip to Winnsboro! 
 
 This popular, juried festival attracts talented participating artists from around the country. In addition to the variety of art, Texas wineries show off award-winning wines by providing tastings and bottles for sale. Specialty foods and other vendors attend as well. This year, live music provides entertainment on both Friday and Saturday.
 
The Winnsboro Art & Wine Festival is an art and wine lover’s mecca with a bountiful feast for the eyes, heart, and soul. We’re serious about our arts culture in Winnsboro. Our Cultural Arts District was one of the first of seven locations to receive the official Cultural District Designation from the State of Texas in 2009 and we’ve been moving and shaking things up ever since.

Her Story
 
 
 I have lived in the Plano, TX area since 2000. We have friends that also moved in the area and loved it. My husband wanted to live in the area in 2020, so here we are. Winnsboro is a unique, small town because it is so eclectic and diverse. I love how so many people with different backgrounds live in one area. I was volunteering at the Winnsboro Center of the Arts and missed having a Coffee Shop to hang out in. At the time, there was not a place to have coffee. place for the community to gather. Have a spot to meet, work if needed, or
just hang out. Also, we wanted to have a spot to hold a variety of different activities.

Our future plans are to continue to grow and get better each day with our craft. We realize there are other places people can shop in the area, we strive to have the best product we can have with the best community service we can offer. It is known that businesses come and go in this area. We would like to be part of this community for a very long time.

Backstage Coffee Lounge' Upcoming Events
 
November 10th–  We have Rick Dudley coming to sing during the Art and Wine Festival
December 9th – Janis Thomas – A Very Special Christmas Presentation from 5 to 7
 
January 20th – Coffee Shop Escape Room
Attendees that join us will work in groups to solve puzzles and clues to
find the key that will allow them to leave the coffee store. Light snacks will be
provided for this 2 hour mystery. Prizes will be awarded for the first one out.
 
February 10th – Mystery Dinner Theater catered by Haven’s Cafe 
Attendees will enjoy an interactive theater performance in which the audience members cooperate with each other and interact with other participants in order to solve a fictious murders scene. We have a lot of fun with this.
