Hi First name / there,
Fatigue. 😣 We all know it and we all certainly experience it at some point. But, how do you know when your fatigue has become chronic?
Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is multi-faceted and can effect every part of your being:
- Extreme exhaustion after physical or mental tasks
- Brain fog, memory loss or mood swings
- Dizziness or feelings of malaise
- Muscle or joint pain, tenderness
- Insomnia or not feeling rested after sleeping
- Headache or migraine
- Compromised immunity (greater susceptibility to illnesses)
CFS has only
recently been recognized as an autoimmune condition. More than
80 percent of cases go undiagnosed and, of those diagnosed, recovery rates are either dismal or
unclear. What’s more, it’s 4x more likely to affect women than men.
A grim picture, we know. 😔 It’s also why we do what we do.
This week, we share a story of RECOVERY from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Working with Path Wellbeing Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist Chloe Chaput, this client transformed their personal and professional life through natural, non-toxic and highly supportive healing methods that are particularly effective for autoimmune disorders.
Until next week,
