Dear Education Community,
Welcome to the Term 4 edition of our Education Programs newsletter.
Are you looking for a fun and educational end-of-year activity to do with your students? It’s not too late to book for 2023. We still have availability for the remainder of school year in November and December.
Our curriculum aligned programs encourage students from all backgrounds to engage and explore Chinese culture. We offer Museum and Chinatown tours which showcase the heritage and culture of the Australian Chinese community. Adding a craft workshop, Kung Fu session or a meal program can enhance your experience and create a memorable day out for your students.
In this edition of Ed-News, discover what’s coming in 2024 with a sneak peak of our next exhibition; and explore some popular education programs that will help your school community celebrate Chinese New Year and the year of the dragon.
As we approach the last months of 2023, on behalf of the Education Team, I would sincerely like to thank school communities for their continued engagement in our museum education programs.
Best wishes for the rest of the school year and we hope to see you and your students again soon.
Tiffany Chimirri,
Education Manager
Museum of Chinese Australian History

We warmly thank our education community for your continued support.
Wishing you all a wonderful festive season and best wishes for the new year.
We wish all teachers and students a relaxing well-deserved summer break and we look forward to seeing you again at the Chinese Museum soon.
Best wishes,
The Education Team
