Sharing gratitude every Friday is one of THREE KEY HABITS we share in our 365 Mindful Days community. Approaching life from a place of gratitude enables you to celebrate each small step along your path. 
 
Being grateful helps you develop a sense of appreciation for the "little things" and even embrace challenges and setbacks along the way. It helps you develop a positive mindset and reframe negative thought patterns. 
 
Sharing gratitude can be as simple as ... I'm grateful I made it through the week. I'm grateful for learning new things. I'm grateful to see the sun.
 
Gratitude is a muscle we can flex together in order to make it stronger. We shift our perspective and we shift our energy when we practice gratitude.
