How to prepare for you first visit to b.Pilates & Fitness?

water
small towel (optional)
 
What to wear:
comfortable exercise wear
layers 
socks, grippy socks, or bare feet

INSIDE FITNESS UNLIMITED ATHLETIC CLUB

Where to park:
Anywhere in the parking lot of Fitness Unlimited, Health and Wellness Unlimited and the Keg.
There are even accessible spots if required.
 
Accessing the Studio:
 
Come into the front doors of Fitness Unlimited you can have a seat on the couch or at the table to the right by the fireplace.  Your Pilates teacher will come out to get you.
 
The studio is in a shared space with the Physiotherapists of Health and Wellness Unlimited.  Sometimes there will be a physio working with patients at the same time we are doing Pilates.
 
When to arrive:
Please come no more than 5 minutes before your session. 
 
Sessions are 50 minutes long with 10 minutes between,
 so we can clean and the driveway can be cleared.
 
You will receive appointment reminders by email and/or text message at
 23 and 2 hours before your sessions.
  
Please remember that we require 24 hours notice for cancellations 
to avoid being charged for the session. 
(Note: if you are in an Introduction to Pilates Series there are no refunds of make up sessions if you miss.)
