*Early Bird rates (EB) are now offered for some of the above classes. 

Terms and conditions of Early Bird (EB) rates: Must be paid in full at least 60 days in advance of class.

**A definition of Qualified Students for the Special Topic Classes (STC, XSTC, MSTC) would depend on the class the instructor is teaching. Some instructors may use self-help material only. In that case, it is possible the public may be invited and no prerequisite is needed. Generally speaking, the prerequisite for a STC is attendance of at least one Basic Seminar. Now Know Myself (NKM) classes have a prerequisite of 3 Basic Seminars.

- Should a student need to cancel 30 days prior to the class, a deposit or payment in full is refundable, minus the transaction fee. 

- If a student cancels less than 30 days prior to the class, there is a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee or non-refundable deposit fee.

- If a student cancels less than 48 hours prior to the class or once the class has started, the cancellation fee is 100% of the class tuition.

- Should the course be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, all money paid will be refunded in full. We will not be responsible for any travel expenses – air ticket, hotel, etc. – paid by the registrant.

 

- For these designated in-person classes: Mentoring, Now Know Myself, Expanded 5-day Basic Seminar (5x3), Expanded STC: No refunds shall be returned to the student if the request is made less than 60 days prior to class.

 

- There are no refunds for online classes since students have access to the class recording.
