“I started my journey at Vital Root, a brand-new shiny kitchen offering elevated vegetarian and vegan food. I was soon offered a position with Bonnano Concepts at the Denver fine dining staple Mizuna. Under the training of Chef Ty Leon, owner and executive chef of Olivia, I learned classic French fine dining techniques with a contemporary American twist. My ambitious attitude and work ethic lead me to become lead trainer and lead line cook. Following my passion to explore and learn new styles of cuisine lead me to my long stay with Cholon Concepts. The new field of elegant Asian fusion was a breath of fresh air, and I moved up quickly, ending my stay at Cholon in Stapleton's as head chef. I wasn’t finished yet though, with so much more to learn, I ventured on to work with the amazingly talented and tight knit team of The Wolf’s Tailor. It was at Wolf’s that I realized I was craving a more personal connection with the people who's food I was pouring my heart and soul into. I have been lucky enough to work with TULA and make delicious meals, with fresh, healthy ingredients from the heart since their launch.”
