PERSONAL BUSINESS
Inbox Zero.
I have used the inbox zero method for over 25 years (since dial-up šŸ˜¬). Embracing a simpler, distraction-free life starts with taming the email beast. Aim for the elusive inbox zero by dealing with emails promptly and filing them away. My inbox is like a VIP sectionā€”reserved for emails needing a response or some action on my part. I even shoot myself reminder emails for tasks I'm at risk of forgetting. Get fancy with filters for automatic sorting and consider a second email account for subscriptions (that inbox is a free-for-all zone āš ļø). Living minimally in real life has been an active conscious change for about 6 years or so. More on that in future emails.

Seasonal Confusion.
The clock says it's 4:30 pm; why is it suddenly as dark as a bat cave? Seasonal confusion is a real thing. I'm not exactly sold on the whole "autumnal equinox" narrative. You'll find me over here, contemplating life with three layers on or at the gym tanning booth. All while waiting for my internal thermostat to sync up with the calendar. It's a saga of layers, light, and internal temperature struggles. I'm determined not to let the premature darkness steal my soul.
