Weekly News and Motivation For Real People
with Real Goals and Busy Lives
Hi First name / friend!

food for thought
Absolutely everything is energy. Food is energy; people are energy; words are energy; thoughts are energy; and let's be honest, energy is everything. As I get ready to host my family in Texas for Thanksgiving (for the first time, ever!), I can't help but think about the energy in my life now and how much it has shifted this past year. Sure, I was drinking green juice and smoothies and working out regularly. But I was also in a crazy toxic relationship. As a result, my energy was laughably misaligned and I wasn't able to experience the true potential of my efforts. I couldn't sleep, the quality of my thoughts were low and I was insecure and uninspired. Though I tried to be grateful for my life, I was deeply unhappy and so, what I was eating didn't really do a dent because quite frankly, it just couldn't. So, this holiday season, I'm encouraging myself - and you - to pay attention to your energy, the energy of others the energy of the times. If you're going home, bring sage or palo santo. Take time to regularly cleanse your field of energy and set clear and positive intentions before getting together with friends and family. Manage your expectations, while holding space for people to surprise you. There is so much magic to be felt during this time of year! Set yourself up to really feel it x
