Alley Cat Project does not receive any government funding or grants and currently relies exclusively on private funding from our supporters like you. One of our volunteers posted her story on TikTok about her feral to fabulous kitty, Bruce AKA Bruce the Bobcat. It was picked up by The Dodo and you can watch the incredible story here.

Meet Albert!  This guy came to us through another rescue partner who felt he shouldn't go back out on the streets due to his myriad health issues. While he looks like he's been in many a scuffle, it's most likely he's long suffered ear mites which would explain those adorably wonky ears. He's also FIV positive and FeLV positive while also fighting chronic sinus and ear infection. It would seem the dude can't get a break but he hit the jackpot being in “fospice” (foster + hospice) care with an Alley Cat Project foster named Andrew. While Albert is doing well and definitely has a lot of life left in him, he requires special care to manage his continually runny nose and sneezing in addition to a hematoma that keeps bursting from one of his ears. But snot doesn't stop him from demanding lots of pets and letting his foster know he really wants his ocean fish tuna loaf. 

 

We are delighted to partner once again with Seattle Cider for another fundraising afternoon with delicious drinks, gift vendors, raffles and of course - kittens!
