Do what you will with this piece. I refuse to believe that all men are shit, even though that's not what this article is about. I will say, the traditionally separate roles of men and women in heterosexual relationships is an incredibly tired story to me. Especially in situations where women have and or make their own dough. It's exhausting to be the only one “doing the (inner) work” and in my experience, the following has been true that, “The girls do extra, and the boys do little or nothing.” So, yeah. Single is great.

So, don't neglect the power of your mind to change your life because research suggests that it can and will, whether you like it or not.

Because even more important than the “ah-ha” moment itself that change is needed, is the relentless effort that goes into the rebuilding phase, which is full of failure, uncertainty and the overwhelming impulse to retreat back to the comfort and safety of what you know.

pre-workout because wtfn

I'm in my “work smarter not harder” era, which means I'll take all the help I can get and this pre-workout helps. I'm honestly a little confused how it took me this long to get on this train but I'm choosing not to dwell in that space and just be glad that I'm here now. I used to have coffee before my early morning workouts but this is my new move and it feels really good.
