Join me for a 3 night Pilates retreat in the beautiful Cotswolds from Monday 15th - Thursday 18th January 2024.

 

This beautiful countryside estate is situated in the Cotswolds, just a 1.5 hour train ride or drive from London. If you usually suffer from that new year down in the dumps feeling (I know you know what I mean), then this could be exactly what you need, 90% of rooms have already gone so if you want to be part of this beautiful retreat, be quick!

 

 

This serene retreat is all about starting a new year with fresh intentions and pure rejuvenation. You'll be spending quality time in the frost-covered English countryside, hanging out by the log fire, sipping red wine and dipping in and out of the indoor heated pool. Magic!

 

Deepen your stretches on those crisp mornings in the architectural studio, with an incredible view.

 

Wrap up and take a walk around the countryside estate, and indulge in nourishing vegetarian meals prepared by our talented chef.

Set in 500 acres of countryside beauty and resurrected from old 18th century barns by an award-winning designed house, you'll be welcomed to our very special Gemini Retreat home for 3 nights.

 

You'll enjoy panoramic studio views of the Cotswold hills, a heated glass surrounded indoor pool and a cosy home furnished with an eclectic mixture of furnishings and Scandi design, creating a feel of faraway travel, farmhouse chic and modern luxury.

 

You'll have your own time to do whatever you like, you are under no strict rules to follow anything if you'd rather stay cozy in your bed for a little longer you are welcome to do so!

 

Pilates, movement and meditation classes with me will be part of everyday (AM and PM), and don't worry it will be beginner friendly!

 

In between classes you'll have time to fully immerse yourself in pure relaxation by the pool, go for a walk, get a massage, sip tea/wine by the fire or watch a film in the cinema room.

 

Food is always a big part of our retreats. Our chef, Sophie Gordon (who's been featured in British Vogue) will be lovingly making your breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is included in the price of the retreat. 

 

 

 

AM 1 hour fun and energetic Pilates and movement class (suitable for all levels - beginners are very welcome).

 

PM 1 hour relaxing stretch and meditation class. 

 

3 Nourishing meals are prepared by our own incredible chef.

All bedrooms have cloud like luxury linen and underfloor heating in all the bathrooms to keep you cosy and warm throughout your stay. Bamford toiletries and your own fluffy dressing gown is provided.

 

 

 

These uber-luxe bedrooms are beautifully decorated.  They have king-size beds, a free-standing bath and ensuite bathrooms

 

 

 

 

 

The Luxe King size rooms are really spacious, beautifully decorated and most have their own bathroom. 

 

There is one bedroom with a shared bathroom with one of the twin bedrooms below.

For those who don't mind sharing we have a beautiful luxury dorm, room big enough for 4 friends (or strangers if you like to bag yourself a bargain). 

This room has its own en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower.
