What's new in our inner circle?
Happy New Year Team and greetings from London. I am writing this just before I set off on holiday where I'll be offline for the next couple of weeks, taking a step back from work and aligning thoughts for 2024, taking some time for myself.

To start the process, I thought I would share some journal prompts I am using to see if they may be helpful for you in this months members newsletter. I'll add them below with some of my answers taken from note form on my phone.
Although I will be out of London the next couple of weeks, I will be with you in your ears and eyes on YouTube as we launch season 12 of Live Well Be Well!

Part of the madness to end to year was to make sure I could get the most exclusive and impactful guests to start this season for my listeners.

More than ever before, I have dedicated months to making sure this season brings you everything you need to know regarding your health, with the most credible people in the world.  It drops this Wednesday team!!

Why Building Muscle Burns Fat, Increase Longevity & Heals The Body | Dr Gabrielle Lyon

Health advice over the past decade has focused on what we need to lose. What if we flipped the script? Perhaps its time to focus our attention on what we need to gain for better health.

Building muscle is something we’ve long associated with bodybuilding gym-buffs. Women in particular have shyed away from it. Science is beginning to show that building good quality muscle all over our body could be the number one way to boost health, vitality and increase longevity. It’s the best way we can begin to heal the body.

Make sure you subscribe to Apple Podcasts or our YouTube Channel to listen to it this coming Wednesday!
