Our inspiration this week comes from sheer yumminess. Whoever said being healthy means compromising on taste and deliciousness hasn't tried these recipes. 
 
We hear all the time how it's hard to “stick to your diet” or “be good” during the holiday season, which is why we don't even use those words in our vocabulary! 
 
Indulgence is simply a part of life. And indulgence in good food - even more so! In fact, depriving yourself of “indulgences” can create more imbalances in the long run.
 
Meanwhile, creating healthy boundaries and healthy options around indulgences can go a long way toward balancing your cravings, increasing your nutritional intake, and changing your relationship with food…and with yourself. 💫
