Happy Holidays! As the year comes to a close it brings me great joy to reflect on all of the accomplishments of our organization over the last 12 months. We are growing - both our team and our impact - it's an exciting time for us and I'm so excited to see what we accomplish together in 2024.
 
Speaking of our team, we are delighted to announce that Rosy Aburto McDonough and board member Tanya Perea Doose will be serving as our new Executive Director and Director of Programs, respectively. 
 
We still seek a Director of Lending, and now have two open board positions. Please share these opportunities with your networks!
 
Our loan programs offer entrepreneurs and small business owners inclusive and equitable access to capital, and we still have funds available to loan out for those working in Colorado's agricultural industry. See below for details.
Congratulations to eleven local small businesses who received Small Business Grants. We were overwhelmed by the response to this grant award and so grateful to learn about all the amazing work of our small business community. We received over 360 applications. See below for the winners and spotlights on two of them.
 
This month we launched a Technology Innovation Grant. We encourage those who did not receive a Small Business Grant to consider applying. Applications are due on December 13, the link is below. 
 
Also featured below are 31 grant opportunities for women.
